Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of Daily Lazy Lean, operated by ONE SIDE BUSINESS S.R.L, Drum Belșugului 38G, bl. 1, sc. 3, et. 4, ap. 14, București, România (CUI RO51347420). By buying or using the plan, you agree to them.

What you are buying. A personalized 28-day nutrition plan for a one-time payment of $27. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no free trial that turns into a paid plan. We will not charge you again.

How the plan is made. You answer a quiz about your body, activity, schedule, kitchen, allergies, and the foods you won't eat. Your plan is built from those answers using 272 recipes, with nutrition data from USDA FoodData Central.

How it is delivered. The plan is a mobile web page, sent to you by email through a private link. No app is needed. Anyone with the link can open your plan, so keep it private. Please don't post it publicly or resell it.

Not medical advice. The plan is educational and supportive. It is not medical advice, and it is not advice from a certified nutritionist or dietitian. Check with your doctor before you start if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person.

Allergies. We use the allergies and food dislikes you tell us about, but you should always read ingredient lists yourself. You are responsible for checking that a meal is safe for you.

Your use. You may use the plan for yourself and your household. You may not copy, resell, or republish the plan or our recipes.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Liability. The plan is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ONE SIDE BUSINESS S.R.L is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes and governing law. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
